The final thing that we are going to talk about is the frame by frame
animation that is best suited for very complex animation in which an
image must change in every frame instead of simply moving. The negative
aspect is the fact that frame by frame animation increases file size
more rapidly than tweening animation. In order to begin, click a layer
to make it the current layer, and select a frame in the layer where
you want the animation to start. If the frame isn't already a
keyframe, hit F6 on the keyboard or Insert > Keyframe from
the menu to create a keyframe. Now create the first image for the
sequence. You can use the drawing tools to create it or paste, import
an image in from another application. To continue the animation click
on the next frame in the layer and insert another keyframe using
either method as explained above. The keyframe contents are the same as
the first keyframe, but now you want to alter the contents to develop
the next increment of the animation. Now, as you want to continue the
animation simply keep inserting keyframes and alter the images as you
go along to create the animation.
