Intro to CGI

Intro to CGI

  • Yesterday we learned how to send data to a server from an HTML form.

  • We also know that the server will typically pass that data in the form of environment variables to a CGI script.

  • The CGI script will be responsible for processing the form data and responding to the client in the form of dynamically generated HTML.

  • But we still don't know what a CGI script looks like.
