The <CENTER> Tag wins the category of most-used Tag
that will be phased out. It will eventually be replaced by
<P ALIGN="CENTER"> in future
versions of the HTML standard. Most WYSIWYG editors, including FrontPage,
use this already as a means of centering elements not limited to
<P>. Elements will be centered more and more within their respective
Tags
(<DIV ALIGN="CENTER">,
<H2 ALIGN="CENTER">, etc.)
